Baltistan Pakistan

North of Pakistan, among the high mountains, lies a region called Gilgit-Baltistan which is very sparsely populated. Superlatives are frequently used to describe its natural surroundings, including having the longest glaciers outside of the polar regions, the second-highest mountain in the world (K2), and four further eight-thousand. In terms of language, religion, and ethnicity, GB society is diverse.
