He gets to the case 6m in, but good points at the start on what's practical to argue.

Pulitzer Locals narration of the ruling is reposted here:

with docs in description. I didn't get it from locals, which I don't think Pulitzer wants vids being ripped from. It's the audio podcast but it's the same episode. No commercials.

The full episode I cut this* from is 90 minutes:

Maricopa turned over the signature envelopes in 2020 to Shiva and Borrelli, meaning there's precedent to turn them over, & they're public docs by law and according to National Conference of State Records, which specifically authorizes their use for political party purposes. The judges are corrupt.

Jovan has a good point even if he's wrong about the machines which he is: they are a vector for cheating 100% even if it's all software being run on off-the-shelf hardware. But he's saying "machines" isn't an accurate description and it causes legal problems. I think this is a valid point. Further, by using "fraud" to describe it in court filings, this unnecessarily raises the level of proof needed because you now have to prove intent, and flinging the term around can open you up to defamation suits frivolous though they be. Maladministration OTOH doesn't require intent and is still sufficient to contest an election.

Jovan looks through signatures here noting he was careful to include only the ones that were presented in court already. Interestingly, he says he traced the bad signatures to specific Maricopa County employees.
