Discovering Your Inner Worth Guided Meditation To Embrace Self Worth.

Begin by taking a few deep breaths in, feeling the air fill your lungs, and exhaling any tension or stress. With each breath, let go of any negative thoughts or doubts that may be weighing on you.

Now, bring your awareness to your body. Notice any areas of tension or discomfort, and with each exhale, allow those sensations to soften and release. Feel yourself becoming more relaxed with each breath.

As you continue to breathe deeply, I invite you to reflect on your inherent worthiness. You are worthy of love, respect, and all the good things life has to offer, simply by virtue of being you. You are enough just as you are.

Visualize a warm, golden light surrounding you, filling you with a sense of warmth and comfort. With each breath, feel this light expanding within you, radiating outwards and enveloping you in a cocoon of love and acceptance.

Now, repeat the following affirmations silently to yourself:

"I am worthy of love and belonging."
"I deserve to be treated with kindness and respect."
"I am enough, just as I am."

Feel these affirmations resonating deep within you, affirming your worthiness and value. Allow yourself to bask in this feeling of self-love and acceptance for as long as you need.

When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you're ready, slowly open your eyes.

Remember that you are worthy, deserving, and enough. Carry this feeling of worthiness with you throughout your day, knowing that you are deserving of all the good that life has to offer.
