DWAC = Digital World Acquisition Corporation

Truth Social is owned by TMTG (Trump Media and Technology Group).
TMTG is in the final stages of a merger with DWAC, the public company in which you can buy stock.
The SEC just have the green light for the merger to proceed this week. Al that’s left in the process is the shareholder vote.
Once merged #DWAC will change to the stock ticker $DJT.
