Check out this low-carb and keto breakfast pizza I have developed with a chaffle inspired crust! I put some locally sourced sausage and bacon on mine for even more protein and then for toppings I used onions, bell peppers and thinly sliced cherry tomatoes. But you can take this crust recipe and put whatever your favorite stuff is on top!

Chaffle-inspired crust:

1) Beat together 6 eggs, 3/4 cup almond flour, and 2 tsp cream of tartar. Add salt to taste
2) Preheat oven to 450 degrees, warm a cast iron skillet on the stove to medium low heat, coat with butter and sprinkle corn meal on bottom of skillet.
3) Slowly pour "chaffle inspired pizza dough" into skillet and allow to cook for a bit (it needs to be somewhat cooked before adding toppings, otherwise you're just making an omelette)
4) Once you can safely add toppings without drowning them, add your favorite toppings and bake in oven for 15 minutes!
