How to make Kydex knife sheaths. This process is the result of many years of trial and error. Using a T-shirt press, vacuum former, acrylic bender, buffing wheels, and more to streamline the process. This method works great for fold over sheaths and achieves great results. I planned to do this video as a short reel but as you can see it ended up longer hence the vertical video.
