Iced Caramel Mocha Latte

Iced Lattes are a favorite at the Polder house. They're good with Caramel, Chocolate syrups, or both!

In a pint sized jar combine 1 teaspoon maple syrup, a pump of caramel or chocolate sauce around the inside of the glass rim, 1 to 2 shots of espresso, 5 to 10 cubes of ice, and then top it off with whole milk (raw cows milk is the best!).
