2-25-2024 | The Emerging Ekklesia - The Kingdom Purpose of the Family | Lionheart

This Sunday, Mike McClung returned to the Emerging Ekklesia Series with the message, "The Kingdom Purpose of the Family." The last thing before effectual warfare can be waged is to make sure the family is in order. Church culture has taught us that kids should be busy, and that busyness equates to training in the things that matter. The truth is, if we do not come into kingdom order, the world will train our kids to follow trends of darkness, instead of the Lord. But even if our family structure doesn't reflect the ideal, what is more important is to build up the family of God. We can neither neglect nor worship our blood families. We are to submit them to the Lord's order within His purposes.
