It's the tastiest cake I've ever eaten! Everyone will ask for more!

Preparation and ingredients:
2 eggs.
80 g of sugar.
A pinch of salt.
Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
200 g yogurt (or sour cream).
Whisk well with a mixer.
180 g of flour.
10 g baking powder.
Mix well.
Pour the flour into the prepared mixture.
Mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Mix well.
350 g of cottage cheese.
2 eggs.
8 g vanilla.
50-100 g sugar (to taste).
Whisk well with a hand blender.
2 tablespoons of semolina.
Mix well.
Line a 20 cm wide baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with butter.
Pour the batter into the baking dish.
Put the cottage cheese filling in the center.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes at 180C.
Let the cake cool down.
The cake is very soft and tender.
