If the U.S. Supreme Court decides that it’s unconstitutional to remove former President Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot on the basis of the 14th Amendment, then other measures could—allegedly—be employed to keep him out of the White House.

Yet this would be ironically similar to what the former president was accused of doing in the 2020 elections.
