Storm Shield Forecast morning update 2/21/18

A disturbance moving onshore is hitting our freezing air and creating snow flurries in the mountains. That will clear this morning with some passing clouds today and a fresh northwesterly breeze keeping us in the upper 50s in the valley paired with moderate air quality, the low 50s in the Kern River Valley and the low 40s in the south mountains.
