Commitment and Dedication: Just as an employee is expected to be committed and dedicated to their job, a Christian is expected to be committed and dedicated to their faith. This involves regularly studying the Bible, praying, attending church, and living out one’s faith in daily life.

Growth and Development: Employment often involves learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities, which leads to personal and professional growth. Similarly, maturing in our walk with Christ involves growing in our understanding of God’s word, developing our faith, and taking on new roles within the church community.
