Dealing with low emotions

The mental exercise is... Imagine you kept procrastinating more and more, and you never worked on any of your problems. Imagine the tragedy that would unfold. It's scary, we know, we've all been there. But don't run away from that fear. FACE IT! Remember that fear is useful, it's tells you what NOT to do. So keep picturing what would happen if you never worked on your problems, you'd end up homeless, and Dead. Now that you're dying on the side of the road, before you draw your last breath, you are granted one last wish. You will go back in time, to fix your problems, but you will think that all that happened was just you imagining it. It's a tricky mind game to play with. I hope this wisdom can guide you out of that dark place you're at.
