Hog Butcher - 2/25/24

This video shows our process for butchering a pig. We are definitely not experts and this is not a tutorial. I wanted to create a video showing the entire process. Many videos just show the beginning, middle , or the end and not in great detail. My hope for this video is to show the beginning, middle, and the end for a common person with not too many fancy tools.

I tried to edit it down in a way that was not too long, palatable, and relaxing.
