Roles and Structure of Central Committee

This video narrates the basic objectives, structure and bylaws of the Alameda County Central Committee. It describes the method of operation that, imho, was meant to be. The County CC was not supposed to be a top-down structure. But a bottoms-up one involving the rank-and-file Republicans.

Corrections: Vice Chair, Treasurer and Sec must be Caucus members. And the County Committee can override the Coordinating Council with a 2/3rds County majority (which may be very difficult to do).
