Indy City-County Council President steps down, council moves forward with new leader

Stephen Clay stepped down before before Monday night's city-county council meeting where he was expected to be voted out as the council president. In his resignation speech before the meeting, Clay said he would support Vop Osili to become the next council president.  Osili was elected to the position shortly after Clay's resignation was officially handed to the council Monday evening.
