2005 Volvo V70R - likely turbo bearings noise after coolant loss event

I replaced the coolant line that slipped off and caused the coolant loss, and the. went for a test drive where I noticed this noise in the video. based on the more-white-than-usual exhaust, and that the engine is stumbling a bit, I think the coolant is leaking into the turbo, and the turbo bearings are worn and causing the whining.
