In this episode, we ask the question - what is the best form of government? Jack proposes the theory that there is no best form of government, though some forms of government provide better long-term stability. The more important question to ask is - what is the government's attitude towards it's own citizens? Jack proposes the term citizencentric to describe a government's attitude towards it's citizens which is completely focused on the well-being of those citizens. He then asserts that a government operating an inferior form of government but with a citizencentric attitude is superior than a better form of government that doesn't focus on the well-being of it's citizens at all (or places less emphasis on it).
