It was Bill Clinton that signed the 1996 Telecommunications Act that allowed the larger media corporations to swallow up the independent ones. Then later in 2012 under the Barack Hussein Obama (Barry Soetoro) administration the Smith-Mundt Modernisation Act repealed the original 1948 Smith-Mundt Act that literally allowed the mockingbird media to publish and broadcast propaganda and lies to the American people with no threat of prosecution.
