Todd Rundgren, Kasim Sulton, Roger Powell and Willie Wilcox in a show that was recorded in November, 1979. Possibly on 11/14,15, or 16 based on the set list including '96 Tears'. It was presented in support of the December ‘79 Utopia release, 'Adventures In Utopia'. This concert aired the first week of January, 1980 on participating radio affiliates.
