Martin Luther's contradiction of the will... I mean Bondage of the will

Martin Luther was a doubleminded man that taught blasphemous things about God. Luther taught in his book the bondage of the will, that God has two contradictory will's . This can't be true because it is impossible and illogical for God to contradict himself. God is perfect(meaning sinless) He has no flaws. If God contradicts himself that would mean that he isn't perfect. And if he isn't perfect, then he can't be God.
