Only 190 Cases of Guillain–Barré syndrome out of 99 Million Vaxxed, but 35 Cases here in NZ Alone?

Global Vaccine Data Network study finds 'only' 190 cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome out of 99 million vaccinated individuals. Yet here in little old New Zealand, Sean Plunket says he knows people whose parents got Guillain-Barré syndrome that was caused by the vax, and Medsafe Safety Report No.46 lists 35 cases of GBS following the Pfizer mRNA shot.

Only 190 cases of Guillain-Barré out of 99 million people, yet 35 cases reported here in New Zealand alone? How does that work?

And yes, why did Helen Petousis - Harris say that Guillain-Barré syndrome isn't associated with the mRNA shots, when the Medsafe CARM database shows 35 cases reported following the Pfizer shot?
