Christopher Gardner aka Bio Charisma aka Topher Bear first appeared with owen just as he was planning to do his Idaho campgrounds land scam. He nodded as owen said that he would build DOMES on the Idaho land. He has appeared on his livestreams more than ten times. Last year at the beginning of owen's MO land scam, he said that they would build domes again on the MO land. Christopher lived in Costa Rica then moved to MO and has close ties with Mr Permie Bear who is neck deep in owen's MO land contract.

*No DOMES have been built on either the Idaho land or the MO land.

During yesterday's stream owen said they were not looking like they would be able to meet the second year's land contract due in November. That is good news.
