A totally legitimate Syrian-Russian military drill near the Israeli border

The drill is in Syria, and Russian soldiers are there on Syria's request. In fact, among other things, Russian and Syrian troops are searching for the remains of missing Israelis, who were killed/murdered/died in prison, in order to hand them to Isrseli authorities for burial in Israel.
