UPDATE: I want to apologize, if this video implies that chemtrails are ONLY fly ash! This video is about creating the "base mixture". I changed the wording "chemtrail base mixture", to "chemtrail mixture", to save space on the slides, and keep the font big enough to read. I DID NOT mean to give the impression, that chemtrails are ONLY fly ash.
CHEMTRAILS ARE A COMPLEX MIXTURE OF CHEMICALS, BUT THE "BASE MIXTURE" IS FLY ASH!
Another mistake, in my video, is I said there is a "slurry" made, early on. NOPE, the fly ash is processed dry, since it is easy to move, using pneumatic bulk conveying equipment. Therefore, the entire mixing, homogenizing, grinding, and storage process, is completely dry, and most likely, anhydrous.
The DRY fly ash is sent, via "covered hopper" railroad cars, to on-site processing plants, where the additional components are added, and the whole mix is homogenized, and stored, for loading on the jet planes, nearby.
These two errors I made (deleting "base", and adding "slurry"), were only discovered, after the video was released. So, I apologize for creating confusion, and for giving the disinfo agents, a lever, with which to begin prying us apart. Chemtrails have many other agents added to the metallic oxides, before spraying (search "RAPPORT ANALYTIQUE. CLIENT:_02918_. _121112_ACSEIPICA-18")
For the disinfo agents, who are claiming that sand (silicon dioxide) is being sprayed from chemtrail jets: "The fly ash treatment process consists of: leaching of metals from the fly ash, and separation and washing of the remaining residue." Silica sand is considered a waste product, and is not used in the chemtrail base mixture.
We have to stick to the facts, and hold to our earnest motivation, to save our biosphere. There can be no ego in this fight. Anyone who is in this, to get famous, build up a fan base, or make money by pushing propaganda, must be exposed, and excluded from the discussion.
I request that the world wide scientific community, use their laboratories, to either verify, or discredit, the claims made in this video.
I also request the scientists, who are inside the spraying program, find a way to publish their scientific data, as to why, they believe it is necessary to continue this massive spraying program.

Jim Phelps is the first REAL SCIENTIST, who invented non-toxic chemtrails at Oak Ridge National Labs in the late 1980's.
He left some comments on this coal ash theory (yes, this is the real guy, and he's on the good side, not a genocidist!)

Guess Who dropped in again. The Coal Plant Fly Ash appears accurate. Coal plants capture part of their TRI (Toxic Releases Inventory) via "hydrated lime" emission scrubbers that captures hydrogen fluoride, hydrocholric acids, etc. These are the materials that are hygroscopic polar acids that can take water vapor and convert them into lingering aerosols (clouds).

Obviously, the "component of flowable fill" is loaded with these acid components being extracted from the hydrated lime scrubber materials . It is a way to avoid accountability for getting these polar acid components into military bases via hiding them in loose terms.

Before the days of emissions scrubbers on coal power plants these acid emissions from coal stacks would make the weather and cloud systems for thousands of miles downwind of these high acid emission coal power plants. The coal emissions from China's emissions literally set the weather over large parts of the Pacific Oceans. The mechanism is certainly there and proven.

You have isolated the source materials now and it is very clean they have intentionally hidden these from public knowledge and even abused USAF Whistle-blower like Kristen Meghan. BTW---Good Job Kristen Meghan!

You can also see that the USAF has negated the clean air act in taken the expensive filtered out toxic emissions that would have gone into TRI for a coal power plant, and not dumps that into the air with these USAF programs. This literally wastes billions of dollars and impacts the health of every person on the planet.

These "deceit and treachery" methods for Chemtrials stem directly from the Oak Ridge National Laboratory's I&C Division from the 1986-87 period. This is the period of discovery for the Ozone Hole and its disruption of ocean cloud cover driving up the ocean's surface temperatures. Chemtrails were an effort to make more clouds to dump heat back into space via Mie Scattering methods. If one notices the Aluminum content of Coal Fly Ash is very close to the method of LLNL's Edward Teller's Sky Shield. ORNL also got highly involved in that Edward Teller Method, and devised these methods to hide what they were doing via Coal Ash as the polar acid sources for the cloud seeding.

But if what I see here on the levels of aluminum dumped into the air, this is a crime against humanity. The biggest health issue in the world today is the fluorine and aluminum complex that form spontaneously into Prion like Proteins that damage thyroid and brain and makes the amyloid plaques.

The aluminum "sky shield" was proposed by LLNL's Edward Teller back in the 1980s, but with the knowledge of gas diffusion plant health effects from aluminum and fluorine, doing that is a crime against humanity.

The F-Al Prion effects are behind the etiology for GWI / GWS, and the similar Oak Ridge Sick worker illnesses. It is also the etiology for ADHD, Alzheimers, Parkinson's. et al.

The F-Mn Prion effects are behind the etiology for Mad Cow/BSE, Scrapie, et al in animals.

These F-metal Prion connections were discovered some 20 years ago at ORNL and highly covered up by UT-ORNL today. Such sets up pandemic illnesses and near end-time like health disasters, which are basically crimes against humanity.
