West Virginia To Use The 25th Amendment On Biden?

West Virginia's AG Patrick Morissey is actively working to use the 25th Amendment on President Biden. Many might remember that the 25th is what Democrats attempted to use to oust President Trump, citing his apparent 'insanity'. In 2024 though, AG Morissey has a much stronger argument to use the amendment on Biden.
