My name is Ramesses II, and I was born in Egypt in the 13th century BCE. I became Pharaoh at the age of 25 and went on to become one of the most powerful rulers in Egyptian history.

During my reign, which lasted over 60 years, I oversaw the construction of many impressive monuments and buildings, including the temple of Abu Simbel and the Ramesseum. I also engaged in many military campaigns, including battles against the Hittites and the Libyans.

One of my most famous accomplishments was the signing of the world's first peace treaty with the Hittites in 1274 BCE. This treaty ended a long and bloody conflict between our two empires and ushered in a period of peace and prosperity.

I was also known for my extensive family, as I had over 100 children and many wives and consorts. I am believed to have lived to the age of 90 or older, making me one of the longest-reigning and most successful pharaohs in Egyptian history.

Today, my legacy lives on through the many monuments and buildings that I built, as well as the accounts of my reign that have been passed down through the ages.
