FSB thwarts terror attack in Moscow Region

Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) has detained a suspect that was supposed to blow up a car with law enforcement officer from Moscow Region aboard. The man planted an explosive device under a vehicle, and was detained by FSB officers shortly afterwards.
