Storm Shield Forecast morning update 2/14/18

Tehachapi and Frazier Park will spend several hours in the 40s this afternoon with scattered showers in the southern mountains. Everyone else is breezy and mild with another round of 60s for the south valley and Kern Desert today with upper 50s in the Kern River Valley. Valley air quality is still great, so there are no restrictions but wood burning is discouraged.
