Scott Alan Miller Rebuttal " Elephant in the Room" Nicaragua

According to Scott Alan Miller, no person with permanent residency status or under should voice their opinion in regards to a countries policies & if they do that country has the right to restrict their entry & expel them.
If this were true then the USA should be expelling all those with ITINS, daca, tps, parole, work visas & permanent residency when they make their opinions known accroding to mr scott alan miller.
I disagree, that's what makes america great & other leaders should take a cue from us in regards to that, instead of having their residents & tourists live in constant fear.
Oh yeah, & as seen at the end. The country needs to get rid of their damn stray dog problem ( at the end nicaraguan news reports 3 rottweilers ate a 5 year old child )
