Receiving some mixed signals in Pokémon Silver (Part 27)

In this episode, my faithful Pokémon and I check out what's going on in Goldenrod Tower. As it turns out, Team Rocket is at it again, and they want to broadcast more nefarious radio signals to the masses. I eventually make my way to the top of the tower where the chairman is being kidnapped. Unfortunately this was an impostor and the real chairman is somewhere in the underground. I go down there and challenge ??? to yet another battle. I also think that ???'s losses are getting to him.
