A terrorist group funded by a coalition of drug cartels has recently taken control of the government of Ecuador. The newly installed dictator is believed to be secretly constructing an attack submarine at a shipyard southwest of the capital. The submarine will most likely be used to terrorize shipping in the region or for transporting drugs around the world and must be destroyed. Griffon Squadron is ordered to fly to the shipyard where it is being constructed and destroy it.
