Unhealthy Carnivore Diet (2024)

Did you know the Carnivore Diet could be an unhealthy diet if you eat certain foods?
- Organ meats such as Liver and Kidneys, despite being very nutrient-dense are also
very toxic when eaten in large amounts.

Liver and Kidneys bioaccumulate some Heavy Metals, but mostly Copper and Vitamin A Toxicity.
- Animal's Liver is trying to detox crap and yet we eat it.

I. Vitamin A Toxicity in Organ Meat Carnivores begin when they start to get
- Dandruff, Itchy, and peeling skin, especially on the bottom of your feet.
- Head Pressure, Headaches, and dry eyes
- Nausea & Vomiting when bile goes back into the stomach after eating lots of fat (Cholestasis)
- Joint pain and lower back pain.
- Sweating may have a burning sensation, is itchy, and irritating.
- Autoimmunity flare-ups return
- Lower Testosterone, sperm count, motility, and volume
- Chronic Fatigue and Insomnia
- Kidney Problems
- If you notice your white bed sheets and white pillows turn yellow, you are
probably Vitamin A Toxic as the body is trying to detox Retinoic Acid metabolic
by-products of Beta-Carotene and Retinol
- Skin turns yellowish-reddish
- Symptoms are similar to Accutane

II. Copper Toxicity begins when
- Energy levels are chronically low but pick up after eating Liver. (Neuroexcitatory)
- Tired but wired (Drug-like Effect)
- Anxiety, Restless Mind, Depression, Memory problems
- More fat and weight gain around the midsection as Estrogen increases.
- Low Zinc to higher Copper ratio
- Less Testosterone and high estrogen.

What ia a Healthy Carnivore Diet?
- The All Muscle Meat Carnivore Diet
- Sirloins, Ribeyes, Ribs, Flank, Roasts, Cheek, basically
most parts of the cow (Muscles) are healthy with the exception of organ meat.
- Grass-fed and Grass-Finished if possible, as toxins are fat-soluble.
- Spices can often be moldy and full of volatile oils that trigger inflammation.

- Organ meats are a scam, take the wisdom, or burn your hand on the stove.
