FISA BRINGS DOWN THE HOUSE

Elizabeth Coady continues to seek help from public getting released from Darpa Brain Initiative, designed to steal cognition while traumatizing subjects and forcing them to suicide. Coady sits outside the Independence Hall in Philly where the Constitution was drafted and signed. That promise to Americans specifically protected citizens’ privacy, due process and freedom from cruel and unusual punishment. The Darpa Braini Initiative and the National Neurologic Conditions Surveillance Act violates all those rights. The FBI/DOD are collecting brain waves captured (‘recorded’) through torture with public neural networks and the public has no awareness.
