We learn that Rolan and Lilith are astrals and the latter is using Lyria to absorb the primeval gods' powers, so that she can feed it to Angra Mainyu and open the way to her home in the Astral Realm, which will destroy Zegagrande and possibly the rest of the Sky Realm as a result. Then the Church of Avia attacks our airship again and we fight them off before we land at Seedhollow, where a dire situation is going on. We'll take care of that later as there's sidequests and fate episodes to do first.
