Max Payne is a fugitive DEA agent and former NYPD detective whose wife Michelle and newborn daughter were killed in connection with the Valkyr drug case. Max then goes undercover in the mob and eventually becomes a one-man-army vigilante, waging a personal war on crime.

📢Chapter 1: THE AMERICAN DREAM
🔴Part 1: Roscoe Street Station

You start in a subway. Walk into the locker room, pick up ammo and Pain Killers and exit. You'll encounter two thugs, blow them away, and walk upstairs. Two more mafia members will appear. Walk up the stairs and ambush the two talking thugs using Bullet Time. Walk down the hallway, and nail the thug behind the grill using Bullet Time. Arm yourself with the shotgun, then walk down stairs and blow away three thugs near the track, then walk to the Personnel Only Room, and switch to the Beretta. Nail the thug, and the cop will help you open a door. Lead him up the same stairs you went down before; he'll unlock the Subway Control Room. He'll get blown away. Enter the room and avenge him by slaughtering the four Mafioso inside. Enter into the room on the right, and turn on the power switch on the far left, labeled 2. Then look on the panel in the right corner of the room to get further instructions. Return down the same set of stairs to the Yellow Train, and enter it. Activate the steering wheel, watch the train bust through the wall, and then get out. Climb around the front of the train and then prepare to blow away three thugs. Shooting the two propane tanks will knock them out all at once.
