Lawyer Ana Toledo gives a presentation in Brussels on massive human rights violations caused by the use of Directed Energy Weapons. Ana is the attorney for Targeted Justice, one of the largest Targeted Individuals organizations in the world. She has filed a lawsuit for the organization in the U.S. challenging the unlawful use of the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB). This unconstitutionally created database consolidates the many cases of Targeted Individuals who are unlawfully and highly illegally subjected to organized stalking and tortured with Directed Energy Weapons.
