Wrestling Observer Live: Vintage Rock is back on SmackDown, and AEW builds to Revolution

Andrew Zarian is back with another episode of Wrestling Observer Live Sunday edition, talking about the biggest news stories from the week in professional wrestling.

Andrew starts by recapping a newsworthy Smackdown from Friday night, including the improvement of Dominick Mysterio, Drew Mycintire’s backstage segment with LA Knight, and more.

The bigger story on SmackDown however was the return of the Rock as part of the Bloodline. He came out in a very loud shirt that brought memories of heel Rock from the Attitude Era and then cut a very heel promo with what appears to be a lot of hidden innuendos. Andrew gives his thoughts on what this means where the story is going and whether could it lead back to WrestleMania next year.

He also talks about AEW Revolution takes a look at the current card and wonders if It's Swerve Strickland's time to take the title or does Samoa Joe retain it this time around. Also, Sting's last match is official as he and Darby Alin will face the Young Bucks.
