The Fascinating Link Between Sugar and Longevity?

The Kokuto 'dark brown sugar' union invited me to see how they make this completely unrefined dark-tasting sugar. Kokuto is the equivalent of dark chocolate or red wine, while the brown sugar in your pantry is like milk chocolate and completely processed. Kokuto is completely unrefined and just pure sugar cane, something you probably thought you were buying this whole time.

The interesting thing is that the longest-living people in the world ate this stuff growing up. It also acted as their 'Gatorade' while working out in the hot fields. Because it is unrefined, it contains vitamins, minerals, and calories to keep people outside working.

I sell this sugar in the States myself and customers love it most in coffee. I personally love to use it most in baked goods like cookies.

I hope you enjoy this video and let me know if you learned something! Yutashiku.
