Okay lets do this 14.....Washington D.C. capital, underground tunnels....and more

This was a bit random until I saw something on Telegram. It caught my eye. I went to google maps, and saw the diagram. Then I saw things, or place underground. At one point, this place had a life of its own, but it was like visiting a city designed by Satan. The place was full of medical procedures, blood banks, chemical and electrical torture, and more. EVERY single person in office in this place has been down there. Very sad.
