A Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety K-9 officer is back on the job

Sledge returned to work over the weekend. He was reportedly stabbed by a 49-year-old man, who was charged February 8th with seriously injuring a police animal, criminal sexual conduct, and other charges. The man is due back in court February 22nd for a probable cause hearing.
