But that doesn't mean that a broken clock isn't right twice a day, as it appears that Santos may indeed have an actual case to be made against late-night buffoon Jimmy Kimmel for infringing upon Santos' copyright after Kimmel used fake names to scam Santos to make videos for made-up people, and then broadcast those ill-gotten videos in violation of Cameo's terms of service and the non-commercial license granted by Santos.
