Wisdom comes from experience and that experience enables us to KNOW.

Knowing is important, knowing ourselves in relation to everyone and everything is the most important objective a man should have. Knowing ourselves enables us to manage our footprint in an intentional way.

Going through the process of self discovery, whilst undertaking our spiritual journey is how we clear the demons in the basement and come to peace with all aspects of who we are.

This is what I call radical self accountability. Radical self accoutability enables us as men to own our mistakes, which thereby makes them lessons rather than events to be ashamed of.

Masculinity is being redifined by society, when we have been clear about what masculinity is for thousands of years. Masculinity is visionary and self knowing, it encompasses empathy for others that requires us to be protectors and providers.

SigmaCarta was established for men who desire to embody these characteristics. As a growing community (who have become largely self regulating) it's important that we recognise eachother and enable the volume of our values and voices.
