Michael Fish's NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast
Today, though you're going to see plenty of sunshine, that doesn't mean it's going to help warm us up much. Highs will top out in the upper-teens, which is below average for this time of year. We'll keep things quiet for tonight, but the leading edge of some milder air will approach the area. With this feature, skies will become partly cloudy at times with temperatures becoming steady in the single-digits to even rising a bit in spots overnight. We'll have a little bit milder air start to work its way into the area Tuesday. With that, skies will be partly cloudy at times, but it'll be dry. With the milder air, it will be a little breezy with highs actually bumping up to around 30. Tuesday night won't be as cold as it has been with lows around 20. Your Valentine's Day Wednesday looks plenty mild with plenty of sun and highs around 40. Unfortunately the mild temperatures come with breezy conditions. Either way, we'll be doing some melting.
