Infrared Thermal Imaging Likely Saved a Disabled Vancouver Woman from a Battery Fire After a Seattle Engineer Tried to Jump Start Several Unbalanced Lithium Battery Packs that the Battery Management System Had Correctly Powered Off.

If you've seen the Tesla electric car that started burning in Vancouver, this is a similar incident inside a home, but has a much happier ending. In the burning Tesla video on Tiktok, the Vancouver driver nearly died because his car door wouldn't open after the fire started.

The disabled woman was saved after Rob's Repairs in Vancouver was called in for a second opinion at her ongoing home elevator repairs. Rob's 25 hertz, 850mp thermal imager and other test devices indicated an imminent fire risk, and therefore shut down the Seattle engineer's further attempts.

Rob's diagnostic devices has already saved several Burnaby homes from fire.
