The investigation established that from March 3 to April 10, 2022, the accused militants, operating as part of a gun crew, conducted indiscriminate shelling with high-explosive shells on residential areas in the villages of Berdyanskoe and Volodarskoe, DPR. As a result, a 52-year-old civilian resident of the village of Volodarskoe was killed, and three houses in the village of Berdyanskoe were destroyed.
