$300 Ford Mustang V8 Engine Teardown: Did I Get My Money’s Worth?

I found a 4.6L V8 Windsor engine out of a 2004 Ford Mustang for the seemingly low price of $300. Figuring worst case scenario I will break even with the cylinder heads and shorty headers, I thought it would be a great investment!
