The Eagles winning the Super Bowl was the biggest thing to happen to Philadelphia in decades, and the locals are taking full advantage of the celebrations. But per usual, some people are taking things a bit too far. One Eagles fan couldn’t bear the thought of having to go to work and missing the parade so…he broke his own 3 fingers JUST to get a doctor's note to be able to play hooky and take part in the festivities.
