2/17/24 card: find your center

Sometimes I pull my card and am floored by how much it applies to my current situation. Today’s card is one of those. I spent the night tossing and turning, filled with what I call anxiety dreams. You know the ones - where you are trying to accomplish something and obstacles keep getting in the way, or you’re taking a test you didn’t prepare for…. Today I will be journaling about all of the things I am ruminating over. Get them out of my head and onto the page.
