Cow rescued from ditch - watch compassion in action!

Our mission is to inspire action for animals through street animal rescue. This video shows just what that action looks like. Animal Aid rescuers Nandu (in the yellow tshirt) and Praveen (in the black shirt) called neighbors together to rescue the fallen cow out of the ditch. After somehow slipping nearly 10 ft into the ditch she was unable to hoist herself back up again, most likely after repeated failed attempts. Without help she would have died there. After she was pulled out we had to get her on her feet and make sure she kept moving. Once she was standing she was on her way! (In India cows roam the street so she knew where she was going once she was up.)
